"Pro-Israel" donors and advocacy organizations proudly and explicitly proclaim that their goal in spending large sums of money is to influence US policy, but when a member of Congress (who happens to wear a hijab) dares to highlight this fact, people freak the F out. Very strange

Correct about lobby power, but to be fair she did confuse things by talking about Allah in the same breath.

Where's the concern for the Islamists who introduce their demonic poison into our academics, policy "think tanks" and government through donations and endowments?

"Where's the concern for this other thing, which is not currently a topic of discussion" very incisive point

But woe betide you if you spend a few $'s on negative facebook ads against Hillary - that's *checks notes* "interefering in the election"

Because their lobbying doesn’t really bother her; their existence is what triggers her. Be honest.

And the media’s pretty quite about Israeli influence on elections (and legislation) - they still bang on about Russia though.

The worst is when Jews in the USA complain about Chinese Americans getting access to government/research positions, yet half of DC seems to have Israeli passports. China never attacked a US warship. Israel did.

Gulf states need to be addressed as well. AIPAC does control Congress but to ignore Qatar and Saudi Arabia is naive

We just need to get rid of trump and then all this xenophobic rhetoric will be more nuanced again. Until we restore that latency America’s exceptionalism will be tarnished.
