I’m from NJ and active in NJ politics. Worth remembering that when Booker won his Senate seat in 2013, he did so only by a 10 point margin in a deep blue state against a hard-right opponent who held rallies with Mark Levin.

Activists in his own city think he’s a fraud. Not exactly a grass-roots candidate.

If Booker makes it out of the primary being pro-school privatization it will be yet another reminder of how Dems continue to forsake public education.

Look into Booker's cronies looting the Newark Water Authority. Think about what the likely plan was with Waywire. Was Google or some other tech going to buy it out and put millions in Booker's pocket for an "investment" he put $0 into.

As an NJ taxpayer, Zuckerberg publicity stunt re Newark public schools frosted me. State taxpayers give Newark public schools app $1 billion/yr. Zuckerberg promises $100 million and Christie and Booker were kissing up to him.
