He's pushing back against a party that's slowly becoming radicalized. Wealthy or not, a lot of us are starting to understand that threat. He knows he can't win, but his campaign and his message is a stand against the growing threat of radicalism on both sides of the aisle.

Hypothesis fails on D chair of WA state who is extremely connected to this Donor Class and was explicit in her No to Mr S prior to his second announcement of his run, as a C E N T R I S T.

remember 1983 when the British donor class encouraged the SDP to split the Labour vote and thus lose the 1983 election, a loss from which it has only recently recovered. What do you think the donor class would prefer? Trump (or son of Trump) or a radical socialist?

Can we just say ruling class? He has every ‘right’ to run (but no right to all of his siphoned wealth..)—it’s a shakedown - don’t nominate someone that will confiscate wealth or I’ll help re-elect Trump. Said he feels he’s doing something right that there’s backlash within Dems.

But that wouldn’t eliminate possibility that he would spilt the vote and give W to Trump in 2020
