Dear media libs: we know you hate Trump to the point of insanity, but please, don’t side with the cruel tyrant of Venezuela against the people of that oppressed and despoiled country just to spite “Drumpf”

Why is that a bad move? From US or Venezuelan peoples’ perspective? Maduro is a catastrophe, and a tyrant.

Sorry, but I'm not going to explain to you right now why US-facilitated regime change initiatives often have negative consequences. There is abundant, quickly-available evidence for that.

Sure, but it's also geopolitical strategy. Maduro is failing and it flies in the face of eastern powers. Gotta let the Venezuelan people handle it. Same in France, same in Iran.

I think it’s cute that you guys think there is a “liberal media” and a “conservative media.” Almost all of the media of is corporate and CIA-controlled, so journalists are politically mercurial, unless you are one of the few lucky journalists who works for a decentralized outlet.

In America, it is not even any longer about political parties, the Neoconservatives occupy all of them. It's come down to this. The time has come when we have to admit that the true battle in politics is between those who deny facts and those who admit they exist. Lies vs. facts

What if we truly believe that the other guy is the leader of the country on the merits? Would you sign a contract with the Maduro government and expect it to be fulfilled? Any money he promised would by inflated to nothing by the time the check cleared.
