She's not getting attacked, she's getting ignored, because there's no reason for her to be running while Bernie Sanders is campaigning. Hindus aren't an oppressed group in the United States, and Kamala Harris probably spent more time in Hindu temples than Gabbard.

1) Kamala is not a practicing Hindu, whereas Tulsi was the first Hindu ever elected to Congress 2) There's every reason for her to be running, as she and Bernie have different issue emphases 3) Did you miss this?https://twitter.com/mtracey/status/1089526718199668736 …

Aloha Mike, please do some investigating from here in HI. Tulsi's "religion" is not "Hinduism", but a freaky/scary cult offshoot of Hari Krishna Consciousness, aka "Science of Identity Foundation". Google: Chris Butler.
-
Why do you lie so blithely sir? How in the world does *Hare Krishna Consciousness translate to that? Why do you folks hate Hinduism so much???

Americans cooly do Yoga (an intrinsic part of Hinduism) by the millions but conveniently limit their level of knowledge of Hinduism to the tired old and racist caste, cow, curry formula.
-
Exactly. The IQ of these "masters of politics" does not even register.

I don't think so. It seems to be a suspicion of her admiration for Modi, whose version of Hinduism is not benign.
-
Bull. Kamala Harris has a similar relationship with Modi, and the mainstream media has all but anointed her.

Is Science of Identity embraced by the bulk of Hindus? I was under the impression they were a Hare Krishna offshoot.
-
Hinduism is not a monolithic religion. There are thousands of God's and you can follow or not follow at all.Krishna is one of their thousand gods. it would be defiantly tough to explain what Hinduism is.A religion which literally worships everything animals , nature and lot more

Hindus control US policy. This is why it's illegal to boycott India.

I assume your comment as sarcastic one.

538 hasn't mentioned her once that I've seen, but posts a story on Pete Buttigieg the day after he announces. I asked a question about it twice today to
@perrybaconjr and got no response. -
Correction, they have, but only within a group of longshots:https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/how-17-long-shot-presidential-contenders-could-build-a-winning-coalition/ …

Increasingly clear to me that you haven't done your research, just like
@ggreenwald, which is surprising for a professional journalist. Neither is#TulsiGabbard questioned for her religion nor for meetings w/#Modi. She's protested for#RSS ties/financing.http://caravandaily.com/tulsi-gabbard-protested-as-mascot-of-indias-kkk-at-texas-presidential-forum/ …Thanks. This fits within the broader picture were the media, academics, activists in the West assume the right to define who is to be considered a respectable Hindu (those who viciously malign Hinduism and practicing Hindu's like the Prime Minister of India are good and respectable).

I doubt this. I posit that she is in a religion that doesn't have the same borderline criminal artificial censorship of criticism. If anything, I'd consider it a sign of a good type of faith, unafraid of naysayers.

She's not neocon-friendly, and therefore they will use every smear tactic they can think of. They will attack her on every issue except the ones that reveal their true disagreements.

She's even acknowledged atheists. using that word specifically, in her speeches. Don't recall any other politician who has done that, or if they have, it's pretty rare.
