Justin Trudeau also supports this regime-change facilitating operation, so Trump will get a pass in the media (who will also largely support it)https://twitter.com/CBCAlerts/status/1088138725891166208 …

The US and Canada have no right to determine the sovereign governing body of Venezuela, whatever real problems Venezuela may face (severe economic distress, domestic repression, etc.) Not hard to understand.

The major economic crisis in Venezuela is due to the US sanctions, like Chile 1973. The USA does not want to resolve this, the interference is part of the plan, Venezuela at this moment needs the help of China and Russia, otherwise there can be a civil war, worse than in Syria.

Their biggest problem is that they have oil.

http://www.petroleumworld.com The folks at this publication are literally salivating right now. Back in 2002 They were running Headlines like "US NOT INTERESTED IN IRAQ's OIL" Now they express their desires pretty much out in the open.

Wait...aren't we (the US) already imposing sanctions on Venezuela? Aren't these sanctions a big part of the reason people in the country are hurting? Doesn't that mean we are already interfering?

How many deaths did the US-led intervention in Chile lead to?

To what extent are the sanctions responsible for this economic crisis? After all, sanctions are meant to make life miserable enough for the people to revolt (which they then legitimise or fund/arm)
-
The initial economic collapse was real but US immediately jumped in with sanctions with the intent of turning it into a full blown crisis

US has interfered in Venezuela since at least '02 coup vs. Chavez, as is policy to interfere in any S. or C. Am. gov't that turns away from US corporate interests. Obama admin. didn't even send condolences when Chavez died. Very distressing move by Trump admin., but same again.

There is no interference pal. There is an entire movement behind the recognition of the legitimate (and elected) president of Venezuela who holds the highest chair of the National Assembly and who has been sworn in as the Constitution establishes in articles 233, 333 and 350.
