ISIS wil def never be defeated. The ideas of an ISIS is deeply rooted in radical islam. But that's def not a reason for WSH to occupy countries.

Government needs an opponent to rally its people. We used to compare Osama bin Laden to Emmanuel Goldstein in 1984. Now ISIS is more like East Asia.

If ISIS is killing US military personnel, and we withdraw those personnel, there is a grave risk that ISIS will run out of targets.

NYT says a group known as ISIS was almost defeated. Main link about the defeated references of Al Qaeda not ISIS . 2015 link retrogrades ALQ to ISIS rise. Not ISIS defeat then rise. BTW Al Qaeda became Al Nursa that worked with those moderate rebels in Syria.pic.twitter.com/Z1i04wHnpE

Amazingly everyone is avoiding the obvious: If there were no US troops out there in the first place there would be no US casualties. The media people are doing a fan-tastic job protecting O's legacy.

The obvious solution is to let Syrian troops patrol Syrian land. Those US troops aren't even fighting ISIS.

You know these people are smart enough to know the difference between ISIS holding huge swaths of territory in Iraq and Syria and the current situation, too, and continue to agitate for more war.

Obama's stated reason to send troops to Syria was to push out the Islamic State,--the Caliphate, the country. U.S. troops did that. Parse Pence's & Pompeo's exact wording. Mission wasn't to eliminate EVERY fricking jihadist. Can't invade & occupy EVERY country they're in either.
