Does this remind you of the recent attacks on Tulsi Gabbard? Because it's the same logic. It manifests in different ways, at different times, but it's always there: available to justify militarism and undermine diplomacy.

70-80% of Koreans want the peace talks to continue yet our media and government do not. People want peace. The war machine hates that
-
This has nothing to do with a war machine and everything to do with the hatred of Donald Trump. Another president would be encouraged and praised regarding the possibility of peace in the Korean Peninsula.

We only make peace with our enemies. If we don’t meet our enemies, there will never be peace. People who say meeting an enemy “legitimizes” them (whatever that means) are pro war and for keeping that person/county as a permanent enemy.

If North and South Korea agreed to reunite the US would send in the CIA to subvert the process up to, and even including, the assassination of the South Korean President.

I get what you're saying. Completely. The hypocrisy of our political class knows no bounds. Look at the freakout over the killing of Khashoggi, yet, silence when Obama ordered the extrajudicial killing of U.S. citizens Anwar Al-Aulaqi, Samir Khan & 16yo Abdulrahman Al-Aulaqi

They are anti-Trump. I'm waiting for Trump to come out in favor of breathing so we can be done with these people once & for all. It's exhausting.

What the argument here against meeting with “bad guys”? Just nuke/bomb them and have endless war without any discussions. Is that the plan?

When that leader uses video of the meeting to make propaganda saying "look at our glorious leader making the cowardly americans bow to him", yeah, that legitimizes them. But you wouldn't know that because you refuse to do one iota of research on North Korea, because you're a hack

NK has nuclear weapons. It is beyond stupid to try and ignore any government that has the capability of killing millions.
