As long as one side seeks out racial disparities and assumes that they are caused by racism, the other side will look for other explanations. Neither is productive, but the left is almost always the first side to essentialize race.

The whole notion of picking on any field, job, or company and saying there is a reasonable discussion to be had on diversity is utterly moronic. Can we now have a discussion about the lack of make field hockey coaches on college & university sidelines?
