I'm sure most campaign managers brainstorm with foreign agents. And meet with them to discuss dropping sanctions. And then get assistance from foreign intelligence services. This is all totally normal.

The "foreign agent" here is a former business partner of Manafort's. It would not be abnormal to discuss "mostly public" data with a former business partner. Sleazy and banal, sure, but not wildly abnormal in the way people are suggesting.

If this piece is the "clearest evidence to date" that they tried to "coordinate" with Russians, what evidence was used to even start the "collusion" investigation in the first place?
-

The famous US legal system on show folks. Lady Justice isn't blind in the USA, she usually has one
open, to take care of the establishments needs. In this case, she's decided Donald Trump's associates must be punished for enabling him topple Hillary's Clinton's coronation.

The purpose was to distract as much as possible from Trump’s address. Not sure it was very effective but at this point they don’t need it anymore so they give the rest of the story.

However Trump gained the OO, I knew the Russia thing was BS since the start simply because colluding with Russia, as a course of action to win the presidency in America, would be the STUPIDEST strategy ever implemented in a campaign. What success could you reasonably hope for?

2 questions: 1. What was the purpose of sharing it? 2. Why lie if it's legit?
-
1. To help with their respective campaigns by engaging in free speech and determining what the electorates want. 2. Becuase overzealous prosecutors looking to nail somebody for political reasons routinely try to criminalize perfectly legal & legit behavior. (See John Edwards.)

Is it illegal or even unethical to share polling data with a foreign country? You think Israel, China, France, and Japan aren't all over that shit? If you got a stake in US economic policy- which every 1st world country does..you're on it.

#Clinton, the decision you made to admit#China into the#WTO did not "help the American people." https://www.nytimes.com/1998/05/18/us/clinton-says-chinese-money-did-not-influence-us-policy.html …pic.twitter.com/GWvhUvioXX
