It’s not a “call out.” As AOC will soon be entering Congress and has a huge platform, non-trolling clarifying questions can be reasonably asked about her rhetoric.

When people talk about "institutions" being undermined (as opposed to specific executive branch departments) they are usually referring more broadly to entities like the judiciary, the national security apparatus, the global alliance system, etc. So that's why I asked.

I actually believe, sincerely, that the rhetoric about "crumbling institutions" contains a lot of embedded political assumptions that are at the very least under-examined, and at worst deceptive + harmful. So call that trolling if you wish.
