You’re onto something here but there are a few pieces missing from the conversation. First, she should be deliberate—especially if uncertain, so pressing for urgency risks placing the discursive cart before the policy horse. /1

Also there’s a risk of building a cult of personality by placing such emphasis on a single freshman Congresswoman. Why not press the members who will lead the relevant House committees instead (or at least in addition)? /2

But I agree on the larger point. Agreeing with withdrawel under the condition that Erdogan does not attack for the time being seems appropriate. Trump is doing well till now. Though that's purely result focused not on procedure
