The ACA and Iran deal were both far more sweeping as reforms than that justice reform bill which merely makes some sentences lighter (something that happens all the time on a state level).

He’s destroying the environment in US, and undermining climate change efforts worldwide, all in the name of profit. Bottom line. He deserves no praise.

If this is about the Paris deal look into its actually treatment of where carbon emissions were to go down at what rates. China were only expected to reduce their rate of GROWTH by 2030. It was pathetically timid and slow.
