Are you really asking Michael to hold judgement? His only judgement against the media on this has been that they don’t hold THEIR judgement and now half our country believes that Russia owns the president. In the long run that’s a lot more damaging than a couple of felonies.

Can’t help but think Cohen got played here?
@LannyDavis and his liberal friends tell him to sing, they get their wish(damage Trump) but now SDNY largely brushes off his cooperation as not enough. He could have stayed on a war footing, gone down on taxes, but get a pardoned. -
If Trump gets out of this, he would have pardoned Cohen had Cohen not turned on him. I suppose Cohen could consider Trump doesn't get out of it, and his sentence would have been longer then b/c Trump wouldn't be able to pardon him.

Obama’s 375k fine was for failing to file reports on *legal* donations before ‘08 vote. Cohen pled to *illegal* contributions made two wks before ‘16 *for the purposes of influencing that election*. He admitted he did so at the behest of the candidate.
