Jerome Corsi claims he was entrapped by Mueller prosecutors after voluntarily handing over all his email, social media, and phone records. Lesson: do not voluntarily hand over such records

There is irony in Mueller's indictees being guys who initially believed there was something inherently dignified about "cooperating" with law enforcement, only to find it backfired spectacularly. Lots of poor and minority people could've provided them with insight on this matter

As if the gov't doesn't have access to all of your "incriminating materials" and cell phone info and convos if they want em. Can't wait to see the big crime Corsi has committed.

Just because you think you didn’t break the law doesn’t mean you didn’t break the law. The law is hideously complicated and arcane and it’s vagueness can be used as a weapon or a shield depending on who has the power.

That's because most people believe that the authorities are actually ethical & have your best interests in mind.

He obviously didn’t take a page from HRC’s playbook.

. The people who cooperate typically do so knowing they have committed no crimes & have nothing to hide. Problems arise when these good people fall into the hands of corrupt & unethical scum like Mueller who will fabricate a crime & extort them to obtain false testimony. ,

Don't slavishly defend people who incriminate themselves seems pretty obvious too, but here you are, on Twitter every single day.

Because if you don’t then it seems like you’re hiding something

The point is it can do nothing to help you. What it seems like doesn’t matter in court.

"if you have nothing to hide then you have nothing to worry about"

That is an incredibly naive view nowadays. The criminal code is so large and so broad we all commit crimes constantly without even knowing. They will find a statute to fit you into it they want to get you. If they can't find a perfect statue, they will bend one to fit

Why don't these people hire lawyers first? Don't they watch crime drama on tv?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-7o9xYp7eE …

He said there was nothing incriminating. If we still had a House Committee on Un-American Activities, maybe then we could get someone to actually investigate Mueller, Obama and Clinton.

He handed over a completely innocuous email...not an incriminating one. There's absolutely nothing incriminating. How can innocent people ever compete against such outrageous prosecutors?

Take this down a level to people who are not weathly types. Cooperating with law enforcement is their only hope. Many people cannot afford lengthy legal battles. Our criminal prosecution system in general needs to be dialed back, and half the so called crimes shouldn't be.
