    It's a genuine scandal and media failure that in discussions of migrant/refugee crises, whether in Europe or North America, there is so little mention of reckless foreign policy as a root cause. Because this would implicate countries' entire bipartisan political establishments

        Um, there is no mention of an even larger issue .. IQ differences. There wouldn't be such a humanitarian crisis if people in S America and Africa didn't have an insane number of kids. Some regions of Africa average 12 per woman in absolutely horrendous conditions.

        Billions in foreign aid is what enabled the Third World population explosion, creating great conditions for human traffickers, as well as tons of excess garbage that frequently ends up in rivers>>>oceans. The worst of ocean pollution comes from overcrowded Third World countries.
