Her ‘anti-interventionism’ is shot through with a pernicious nationalism. Her support for Modi legitimizes a leader with a record of enabling anti-Muslim brutality. She has a harsh stance on War on Terror, on Fox News about “Islamic extremism.” A self described “hawk.”

Gabbard was among a minority of Dems who voted for additional restrictions on refugees entering the US from Syria and Iraq. She has also previously expressed “skepticism” that Assad regime is behind chemical weapons attacks in Syria. This is insinuation of far right into “Left”

She also advocates Hindu nationalism and supports Narendra Modi’s fascist government, so good luck

She also dog-whistled Pakistan with anti-Muslim rhetorical, but of course it doesn’t fit with your narrative

She loves the military too much.

She loves the people in the military enough to not put them in harms way for rich men's wars.

Literally had someone today say she is “Syria’s bitch.” The hatred of her is further proof that the anti-war left is essentially dead and buried. Meanwhile, bipartisan hatred of an individual serves as a massive endorsement in my eyes.

Skepticism over chemical weapons used on civilians by Assad/Putin is where she stands. That's the issue. We've seen the footage
-
Yes. We have seen the footage of a CNN reporter sniffing a bookbag of supposed chemical weapons.

Haha true–– it appears that her warmongering critics today hate peace–– AND freedom of the press (from torture and execution)–– even more than they hate Trump!

In the end, it's not about Trump--or Gabbard, for that matter. The Tweedle Dum/Tweedle Dee axis of neocon hawks and liberal valkyries are (bi)partisans of an American Empire that has usurped the Republic bequeathed us by its founders and zealots of messianic

Many liberals disliked or distrusted her far before she went pro-Assad. I didn’t like her anti-gay rhetoric (she’s apologized) or her going on Fox News to criticize Obama for not condemning “Islamic Extremism.” I don’t hate her, but I would never vote for her in a primary.

Hard to believe that, after all these years, you still don't realize we're on the wrong side of that war. Unless you favor being allied with al Qaeda, that is.

There’s a difference between opposing US in Syria and siding with Assad against US.
