I'm sure Wisconsin people were charmed to be told that they are simpletons whose souls have been permanently corrupted by a half second exposure to an ad. This will make getting their support much easier next time around.

My liberal Wisconsin friends eat that stuff up and obsessively post about Trump and the GOP. For good reason, though: having the state government controlled by nasty cheaters who work on screwing us every day takes a toll. But I agree - it's insulting.

I think it’s too easy to paint all the electoral fraud cases with the same brush. Some discernment is called for, with each situation judged on its own merit. While some claims seem to lack evidence (e.g. Russia hacking); others appear to be credible.

Putin's master plan. Interfere in elections to elect Trump(KGB agent according to Chait and Brennan)..then swing tight governor's races for Democrats. He is fiendish!

They've been playing both sides. It gives them plausible deniability.

What's embarrassing is how you've spent the past two years completely in denial and incapable of grasping the reality of Russian interference. You STILL think the totality of the operation was a few guys on twitter and a couple of ads on facebook that nobody saw.
-
Agreed. If it were petty and baseless, it would have ended soon after the election. Instead, a steady trickle of subpoenas and indictments.

Ok. Lol. They "found" ballots everywhere. It's like a game of Where's Waldo. Ballots were left in an Avis Renta car that was rented by a dem poll

Steaming hot mess of a take: last weeks elections suggest that baseless claims of this nature are good politics for whoever makes them at least short term.

Most people who deny election fraud have no idea what they’re talking about. It is complex and rife in our system. There’s nothing paranoid or conspiracy about election monitoring and raising alarms about clear violations.

Perhaps if they out the same effort as Trump they may have kept their seats.

I get the point you’re making but the difference is, the Democrats were complaining about external funding using methods they themselves concocted to win races within set boundaries. While Republican are trying to undermine those set boundaries because they know they lost.

TIL Michael Tracey knows more about Russian interference in the 2016 election than NATSEC directors.
