Trying to prove "perjury" is a dead-end and not even necessary. Kavanaugh made multiple false or misleading statements, which in aggregate indicates a clear pattern of deception. That should be more than enough to disqualify him politically.
This statement is blatantly false (and it's just one example.) You can try to engage in multi-dimensional interpretative analysis to excuse the falsehood, but a straight-forward reading shows it to be false. He repeated it multiple times in the testimony.https://twitter.com/mtracey/status/1046766023494574080 …

This is not a serious claim from Tracey.

Not capturing the universe in a single sentence summary is not lying. Ignoring his description of her statement is not a straightforward reading. And your epistemic game doesn't end well. Negative testimony can only ever mean the witness has no recollection. It's always implied.

Mr Tracey- Is it your claim or intention to represent this passage you have posted to be the totality of Kavanaugh’s remarks regarding the alleged witnesses statements? You know everyone here has the same material right? There are other Kav quotes on this subject.

It is not blatantly false to say "they said it didn't happen" when you mean "they said they don't remember it happening." It is, however, a huge leap to suggest the attempted misleading of people who have the same sworn statements and know what those statements say.
