No one ever has the right to lie. Repeatedly asking anyone this is akin to asking whether I believe people have an entitlement to commit fraud or abuse. Please stop. My BS detector is going off on his answer on “boofing.” I think he hasn’t outright lied about his drinking.

On “Renate”, I think it’s possible the intended effect in the yearbook is to look like a boast of sexual conquest, even if the private ‘real’ meaning is just that they each took her to events when not having another date.

So, he may be lying or he may be misleadingly putting all the emphasis on the private “real” meaning. On Devil’s Triangle, I could be convinced either way

Michael TraceyVerified account @mtraceyHere's just one example for people who refuse to read. Kavanaugh claims he "never attended a gathering like the one Ford describes." The gathering Ford describes *perfectly matches* a gathering listed on the very calendar that *Kavanaugh himself provided* as exculpatory evidence. pic.twitter.com/WjzCeHIWHxShow this thread9 replies 1 retweet 9 likes -

I do. I practiced for 7 years and clerked for a federal judge. I have no idea what you're talking about.

let me answer that question, like an attorney, by asking you this: what kind of attorney are you?

So you're not, but you're online lecturing me about how I, who clerked for a Federal judge handling all types of cases, including criminal prosecutions, must not know what I'm talking about. Cool story dude.
