It's necessary to acknowledge Dems have every incentive to delay the confirmation process as long as possible, and will use any tactics available to accomplish this (prolonging FBI investigation, etc.) -- But that *in no way* justifies Kavanaugh's multiple under-oath deceptions

He repeated it multiple times, both in his opening statement and during questioning. Not off the cuff -- planned and deliberate.

That can be fairly read to mean the 4 people present do not confirm or corroborate Ford's story. Calling that "deliberately false" requires an unlikely interpretation of his statement.

And so the natural response to your lifelong friend saying that under oath is "she has health challenges."

So how can you deny that you do not know him was not at the party that you were named at yet still believe something to be. True?

If this particular party never took place, and I said I never attended it, am I lying because it never existed? The perjury argument is meant to deflect the unconvincing sex assault charges some 36 years back. It's a tactic not an reasoned argument. No one is buying it.

That’s pretty weak Michael. No one has any memory or record of and did not happen are logically the same. This is serious nit picking.

Three witnesses said it didn't happen and a fourth had no recollection. More precise. Still light years ahead of the blatantly inconsistent and possibly felonious gobbledygook that was Ford's testimony

I read it, also read his next sentence that accurately describes her statement: "Including Dr. Ford’s long-time friend, Ms. Keyser, who said that she didn’t know me and that she does not recall ever being at a party with me with or without Dr. Ford." Strange way to deceive.

Michael, this proves nothing. I’m going to need a minimum of 25 examples, in chronological order, translated into French, and read by Gerard Depardieu, otherwise, I consider this to be just like your opinion, man. I am a very reasonable and unemotional person.

People under the gun don't always speak with specificity. Ford, on the other hand, has actually changed her story in many significant ways.

You sound ridiculous. It would be comical if you didn't actually believe what you're saying.

I just started following you to see what you are saying about this. I agree it could be intentional, but I took those claims as "no one can confirm the party, much less the attack" to translate into "It didn't happen" as well. I'll look at your other examples too.
