We're having a conversation about ending due process because a group of people are convinced feelings matter more than fact! It's not an extremely petty concern.

No. There is no risk of ending due process. He’s not being criminally charged. I’ve not claimed that all accusers must be automatically believed. Even if he genuinely believes he didn’t commit the assault, the lies he’s told in service of making that argument are disqualifying.
-
Still have not demonstrated a lie. Repeating the same thing over and over again doesn't make it true. Make an argument or admit you're wrong.

This piece is worth the read although I’m sure plenty of folks will disagree with it.https://theintercept.com/2018/09/29/the-unbearable-dishonesty-of-brett-kavanaugh/ …

I don't disagree that Kavanaugh may have been less than truthful regarding his sexual escapades in his younger years. I do disagree with the precedent we're setting here; that someone needs to divulge their entire sexual history (in high school no less) on a mere accusation.
-
It is not a mere accusation. She is credible and the fact he drank a lot in high school and in college could pose the question, "Was he too drunk to have remembered"?
-
I haven’t found a BK supporter willing to acknowledge that possibility.

I might not agree with you on everything you say about Kavanaugh, but I'm happy to have your voice in my feed. You challenge my opinions, which is good, and you do it without unnecessary condescension. You're sincere and don't talk just to score points against the other side.
-
Thank you, that's what I strive to do.

lol MTracey having a warm moment with his fanbase full of racists and sexists who think the browning of America is a national crisis. Yet he remains silent on this. You get a lot of retweets from Richard Spencer and Mike Cern did you know?
-
This is completely misdirected. I am woman, an immigrant, a libertarian, and a mother to kids you would call "brown", but I, and my conservative friends, just call "American". It's because many on the left make hateful and ignorant comments like yours that I appreciate

to be clear I have no love for (nor really any knowledge of) Kavanaugh. But the way this was done is beyond the pale and was wrong. Dr. Ford didn't deserve it. Kavanaugh didn't deserve it.
-
Kavanaugh deserved it.
-
How do you know?
-
Everything that we actually know about him. His disdain for the truth, his willfull intentional lies. Everything that has happened to him in the past 3 weeks are the fruits of his own labour.
-
Yes plz more dillbert blogs to drive home a point.

I guess they unfollowed because your REAL animus against Kavanaugh is "philosophical," which colors your perception of his "guilt" which is not everybody is buying. You're no better than Senator Hirono.
-
This is my thought, bascially. Mr. Tracey is holding his well-demonstrated skeptical nature in check because Kavanaugh holds an unacceptable (to Tracey) view of presidential power. Hence, any utterance which is not demonstrable truthful must be a lie.
