All comparisons to Gorsuch are misplaced. That was an inconsequential swap of one identical vote for another (Scalia). Everyone knows Kavanaugh is intended to be the long-elusive 5th vote to overturn Roe, Obergefell & countless others. A war is to be expected - & warranted.

Right. It was politically necessary for most Dems to implement “maximalist” opposition tactics starting Jan. 20, 2017, even it those tactics didn’t produce anything substantively.

Very few things are wholly comparable in politics but we do them anyways. Gorsuch is still very relevant, along with other appointees that the Dems could of cooked up these allegations. They were pissed Merrick Garland didn't get the spot, so why wouldn't they do it then?

The key is Judge’s book. There is no Noel O’Gorsuch character. That is what gives these specious allegations against BK an aura of believability. Without that, this would have been over weeks ago.

Politicians are lazy and always kick the can down the road. It's not that Kavanaugh is different than Gorsuch, except he's the 5th vote.
