I don’t disagree. But Trump hasn’t invaded syria. A few advisors and retaliatory bombing isn’t “fighting a foreign war”. He’s trying to extricate troops from Iraq/Afgh but the establishment is putting up a fight. If it were killary, we’d be in damascus already!

This is all true. But I think Michael is onto something in terms of how much the Foreign Policy establishment has been able to so successfully prevent Trump from making the changes that need to be made to our foreign policy.
