This goes well beyond Twitter. It's journalists who are leading the overall charge to empower tech officials with the authority to determine what "content" is and is not permissible

They wish to be the 'gate keepers' of public information again. Kiss the ring comes to mind. So sorry, the genie is out of the bottle.

I would ask for evidence on this. Most of the tweets I've seen from journalists are sarcastic responses to
@jack's request for him to clean up Twitter for him.https://twitter.com/PressHerald/status/1027172479624798208?s=19 … -
I had a meeting with the editor of a local newspaper yesterday and part of our conversation was about how he's established an independent advertising network to avoid dependence on the digital duopoly of FB/Google.

I believe that the lack of tolerance we are witnessing is a departure from democratic values towards authoritarian. Perhaps the social media 'bubble' alienates people to the concept of differences of opinion to a degree where they believe they should impose their views on others.

I know... on every tweet you now have journos and libs (same, I know) pleading to
@jack to step in and make it all better. Like he’s their Daddy. His feed must be so annoying. I don’t know how he even opens up his own app each day. Brutal. - 1 more reply

These "journalists" are simply working an anti-competitive conspiracy to eliminate other members of the press.

Journalists only believe in freedom of speech for themselves. In this way they resemble the tin-pot dictators they shill for.

Arrest the media.
