Twitter manifestly does not enforce its principles. There are multiple examples every day of TOS violators going unpunished, and others being punished mistakenly or arbitrarily.

I find it impossible to believe that the technology isn’t there to enforce existing or other common sense standards at minimal cost. What’s missing is the will, and Jack shouldn’t get away with passing off such glib falsehoods unchallenged.
