What’s the point of your original remark then? He has access to those platforms only so long as he complies with their TOSs, just like anyone else who uses them. The internet is vast; he’s not being “purged” from it.

I think being terminated simultaneously from all the major social media platforms can be reasonably characterized as a "purge" even if it's true that he still has his own website.
