It's the same cut a ton of mid-size and small business got along with a lot of red tape cutting. Just because they benefited also doesn't mean they were the sole target. Add in repatriation of funds and it was a widespread business win. Tying this to globalism is a stretch.

I didn't say they were the sole target. I said they were enriched and thus their political power was enhanced. As even Trump himself acknowledged, "globalists" like the Kochs profited enormously from the signature legislative initiative of his first year in office

Pres. Trump wants fair trade in which the US negotiates much less lopsided deals with other nations, such as total elimination of all tariffs in BOTH directions, not just one direction.
