On what grounds would you have dismissed right-wing Jews' claim that Obama posed an existential threat? That they didn't happen to be in the majority? Majority position isn't necessarily the correct one. Claims must be assessed for legitimacy on their own terms.

I agree with Jewish supporters of Corbyn who call it dishonest despite belonging to an ethnic minority that still counts victims of genocide in its ranks. They denounce the attacks as bad faith, and nothing to do with the emergence of a genuine "threat"https://mondoweiss.net/2018/07/establishments-bringing-semitism/ …

I reject the idea that an obscure local official posting a foul meme on his Facebook page and subsequently being suspended by the party is evidence that Corbyn himself poses a threat to UK Jewry. Hence why these claims must be assessed rationally and not accepted prima facie

I fail to see how he has "enabled" anti-semitism when he's repeatedly and vociferously denounced anti-semitism, and presided over the suspension from the party of local officials who exhibit signs of anti-semitism

In any event, clearly Twitter is not the greatest forum for this (important) discussion. Happy to do it in some other venue, despite the protestations of trolls still angry about the 2016 election who've flooded in to tell you that I'm not capable of engaging honestly

Great! That means we can assess their competing claims critically
