This is simply false. When the known coconspirators mentioned in this doc are named, like Stone and likely Junior, evidence will be provided. But no reason for govt to tip it's hand to them as to what they've got until they're indicted.

the idea that these things can’t or won’t be scrutinized - by journalists, house republicans, etc - is simply not true. maybe he won’t have to back up these specific claims in court, but they will be attacked everywhere else

Do you actually believe that? Literally, that there will never be publicly presented evidence due to the "atypical" nature of the indictments? I kinda suspect this is what you need to say until evidence is presented, at which point you will refer to it as "so-called evidence".
