I guess weird things happen when you file an indictment thinking the defendants won't bother showing up...

Mueller's indictment of 13 russians was a PR stunt to deflect the news of the day- which was that the FBI had been warned twice about Nikolas Cruz and ignored both warnings.

Isn't Mueller's withholding evidence exactly consistent w the troubling
#PatriotAct, that Mueller and Comey both upheld? The Patriot Act strips away ordinary citizens' constitutional rights intended to protect them surveillance state fishing expeditions.https://www.aclu.org/other/myths-and-realities-about-patriot-act …Thanks. In the US, criminal defendants are entitled–by virtue of an almost sacred right–to view the evidence used against them. This right undergirds the basic foundation of America’s adversarial legal system. I hope the Court rejects Mueller's craven attempt to undermine that right : (

How convenient that you omit the fact that they're suggesting it be made available to counsel, but not the defendants directly. This isn't the set-your-head-on-fire story you make it out to be.

I honestly would prefer to never hear the name Mueller again. Nothing will come of this for the good that matters

I don't think there is any one person that defines the swamp better than Mueller.

This would be why I occasionally refer to him as “TorqueMuella.” He’s using the 21st Century version of thumbscrews to obtain “confessions” from people based on their “improper” associations/affiliations.

If there really were justice in DC, after IG/Mueller/other investigations are finalized, an awful lot of lawyers should be disbarred.

Every defendant has a right to see the evidence against them. Mueller’s tactic here is more, not less, like the tactics used by the very nation he is claiming interfered in the 2016 election.
