What exactly is Kim supposed to do with this “legitimacy” that he’s been wrongly granted? Export it as a commodity? Harvest it for food? It’s such an intangible concept as to be meaningless

That is what i don't get. His people are forced to worship him. The entire rest of world hates him. So he appeared on stage with Donny, what now? Legitimacy would only matter if he had checked power within his country, and he does not.
