In terms of overall media reaction, Trump’s Syria strikes were received overwhelmingly positively while his attempted Korea peace summit is being received overwhelmingly negatively. Does anyone ever stop to ponder the implications of this

Wider point: last 3 US Presidents appealed to non-interventionist vote: GW Bush: "No nation building" BH Obama: "Bringing the troops home, closing Gitmo" DJ Trump: "No more senseless foreign wars" What does this tell us? Americans don't support war, but Media, Deep State do.

Overall, the media love war more than they hate Trump.

Correct, the media do love war more than they hate Trump. Take CNN for instance, Jim Sciutto is railing on Twitter yesterday about NK peace summit, because WAR = ratings for CNN. Their advertisers love war. So they are constantly promoting war.

The M$M loves conflict and hates peace. When you're selling news, you need some news to sell.

War is the health of the State. Leftists worship the State as do some on the Right. Therefore, war is always going to be favored.

I definitely noticed a huge difference in the tone of reporting on these stories. My theory? “No room to report both sides when missiles on in the air.” Fall in line, America.

Certainly true. And it's also worth asking "who benefits" as a probable source for this sentiment.
