Of the $39 billion for childcare, only 19 percent ($8 billion) would be spent this fiscal year.
Way to help out those struggling working parents through these difficult #COVID19 times. 
Of the $50 billion for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, only 23 percent ($11 billion) would be spent this fiscal year. At this point everyone should be asking, WHY???
Of the entire Education & Labor Committee component of the package, only 12 percent ($35 billion) would be spent this fiscal year. Again, why spend it?? Are we not in enough debt???
And lastly, this one should tell you everything you need to know. None of the $5 billion for Homeless Assistance would be spent this fiscal year. They don’t care about homeless people. They don’t care about you. Democrats only care about power.
