How did this stimulus bill include a payout to illegals paid retroactively. They get checks for $1800.00.

After seven months of Mitch McConnell's obstruction, we finally have a COVID-19 relief package. This bill is a step in the right direction, but there's more work left to be done. It is clear that Congress will need to provide additional aid in the months to come.
