Yes I will tell you. BECAUSE: 1) People in jail waiting to go on trial CAN still vote. 2) People incarcerated on a misdemeanor conviction CAN vote. 3) People incarcerated on a felony conviction, but pleaded "nolo contendere" CAN vote. 4) Several other exceptions
