Masks are not for the wearer. This is not esoteric knowledge. It's been well verified that masks are for mitigating the likelihood that those infected will spread the virus to others.

@GovAbbott mask mandate in May saying would not enforce. 137 deaths and those people for the most part were old, obese, or had disease caused by obesity. -
