Christain tragically died avoiding another jumper at landing. Christain was a devoted husband, loving father, Veteran Army Ranger, friend to many, and an outstanding man. He was the kind of guy that lived every minute to the fullest and had an absolute blast.
His enthusiasm for life was infectious and just truly fun to be around. Christain took me skydiving and I’m so happy that I went. He told me that he would show me why the birds sing.
I did learn that day, when I jumped out of an airplane that the birds sing because when you fly you see the work of God’s creation as you behold the beautiful view from above the clouds. It’s truly indescribable.
I am keeping Christian’s family in my prayers because I can only imagine just how heartbroken they are. For all of us that knew Christain, there is something to take comfort in. Christain is finally home. And now Christain knows why the angels sing.
Because he is able to behold, walk, and dwell in the glory of God. A friend gone too soon, Christain you will be sorely missed.
