7. As a student, I learned that day having no good guy at my school to stop the bad guy with guns, and gun free school zones and gun control laws were not the answer, it was actually the problem. As a Mom, I’ve always struggled leaving my kids unprotected at school.
8. Murder has been around since the beginning of time. No amount of laws will stop it. More gun control laws only give the government more power over the people, take away people’s right to defend themselves, and cause more lives to be lost.
9. VA is in a state of emergency @davidhogg111 not bc of gun owners, but bc the government is taking away rights our founders guaranteed. And you are building a career helping to destroy our #1A by destroying our #2A. The 2nd protects the 1st.
10. So when @davidhogg111 @MomsDemand @Everytown and others claim #IStandWithVirginia they are actually standing with building tyrannical government control and working against the actual people of VA.
