  We don't know what the charges are, nor what time period they apply to. Might be it's pre-2016, but we have no evidence for that at this time, just speculation.

  Matt I have a question - what if the same people who lined Manafort's pockets pre 2016 were also individuals who helped finance Trump's businesses? Would there have to be some connecting tissue between those deals and the campaign for it to be relevant to the probe?
