    Something that has come up for me a few times & seems relevant enough to embarrass myself: If you’re booking a new mom for 4+ hrs straight (as a team member, boss, EA, etc), it’s nice to ask if she needs a break [to pump]. People rarely *fully* control their own calendar.

        Anyone would need a break during a 4 hour meeting. 🤯 When I was pumping at work I used to block off time in my calendar and unapologetically excuse myself at any time I needed to. Because yep, people aren’t considerate. 😒
