It’s 1) not obvious, and 2) hard to remember - which is why moms typically don’t take offense if forgotten. But, it is helpful!

Anyone would need a break during a 4 hour meeting.
When I was pumping at work I used to block off time in my calendar and unapologetically excuse myself at any time I needed to. Because yep, people aren’t considerate.
