I talk a lot about how you can’t be a great developer without great communication skills, but I don’t think people grok how _directly_ your communication skills are reflected in your codebase. Let me give you an example.

Thanks so much for posting this thread. I have said some of the bad privileged sayings like it’s about professional craftsmanship and you are correct this is conversation and finding common wins while respecting craftsmanship. I really appreciate your on minority viewpoint.
