the baking powder one is false

It’s actually true. Baking powder can turn certain foods green too. When you’re using real cocoa and buttermilk there’s a reaction with the alkaline ingredients and it turns red. But a chef I worked with told us most don’t have the origin quality of ingredients on had anymore
