    I arrived at from LA and sped through Nexus with its fancy iris scan. The only question the CBSA officer asked was “Do you have cannabis?” I briefly felt that I live in the future. Then I see the 50+ people taxi lineup, and I realize it is still 18th century Vancouver.

    This is why the ridiculous rules and restrictions still imposed on cannabis are so hypocritical and offensive. Our society drowns itself in dangerous booze, glamorizing it the whole while but we have to puff outside in the rain and hide our plants?

    Cannabis use is nothing compared to the Olympic-sized pools of booze we drink every week. Here are the numbers to prove it.

    The government has a “half-baked” plan to pardon cannabis convictions. Canadians who are burdened with a a conviction for something that is now perfectly legal deserve to have their records fully EXPUNGED. Why keep lists? Retweet if you agree!
