Hey : the FB research distributed systems RFP deadline is supposedly Dec 6, 11:59pm "Anywhere on Earth", but the system no longer accepts submissions? (It's 7:07pm AoE.) It's pretty frustrating having stayed up to 2am to finish a proposal to find that I can't submit it.

I'm glad to see artifact evaluation coming to systems conferences! Way to go. I'm curious about how closely performance results had to match for a "Results Replicated"? It'd be interesting to know the criteria and the main reasons why some papers didn't get the badge.
