Doesn't matter, all fair use means is if you get sued you have a legal defense, means nothing about what youtube puts into their TOS. Kinda like how (I assume) you have some degree of freedom of speech, doesn't mean a newspaper can't refuse to publish your opinion piece.

Still makes me sad to see this from Youtube though. At this point, basically the only thing I watch on their platform is reaction and compilation videos, and like 1 moto blog channel and 1 gameplay series from another channel.
