Waiting for my parcel for two weeks and since a week no updates. You can't change the address and customer care does not exist..talking to a human being is impossible and there is no email you can write to. One of the worst service ever!

Well Hermes say they delivered as a parcel today and now want to charge me for a missed delivery. In all the time and nobody came to the door. Website tracking says different things and not a real person to speak to. Never let a person send you something by Hermes.
