If truly thought the future was electric and cared about its ID.* customers, it would fix the horribly broken, unreliable network as a first step. Also, get rid of free charging.

Ford CEO said: “We didn’t know that our wiring harness for Mach-E was 1.6 kilometers longer than it needed to be. We didn’t know it’s 70 lbs heavier & that that’s [cost an extra] $300 a battery; “We didn’t know that we underinvested in braking technology"

The easiest way for automakers to ensure their vehicles have a functional charging network is to invest directly in , take charge of the network, improve reliability, and coverage.

Saw another Lightning today. Damn that's a big truck. Then again, most trucks in America are big (incl Cybertruck). That should encourage more people to buy or at least consider them. Also, found a hot dual Tesla household.

YouTube is amazing! I hadn't welded in a while so I looked up what to look for in a good MIG weld and a few videos provided a nice refresher. All the information in the world is available on the internet. What do you want to learn today? I'm building rock sliders for my MYP 🤘

They said we needed LNG export facilities because of the EU gas crisis. That crisis is over ... so now we're just locking in multi-decade sources of new greenhouse gases for no f'ing reason at all. (Excellent viz from .)

I personally wouldn't open up the supercharging network to other EVs. It's the cost of entry into the market. Figure out how to charge your own customer vehicles. It's not rocket science but it would be nice having more than one company building out the network.

As we continue our storm damage assessments, our law enforcement officers are encountering members of the public who disregard the closed signs & barricades. Hundreds of citations have been issued – we’d much prefer visitors steer clear of these areas for their own safety.

Same exact thing happened to my @chevrolet bolt at an @ElectrifyAm charger in Chipley Florida. Plugged in, charged normal for 15 min. Then customers coming n2 Walmart complained of sparking and smoke from grey charging station and “pop” went out dispenser.

Volvo C40 out here modeling it’s wheels, winning the award for best backup cam. But the Electrify America station said 150kW charging rate, yet the text I got after said it peaked at 57kW. Anyone know why that would be so much lower? Am I reading wrong?

Cool! And if we're lucky, half of the new stations will work half the time. Good job !!!

If had better reliability and security on its public facing, internet connected charging stations than my kids do on their laptops, I could almost take them seriously. As it is, they can screw off until they figure out how to properly configure Windows etc etc. FFS.
