@mrgan It would be one thing if I just didn't like the visuals, but it just doesn't make sense.

@jimcorreia Imagine if they shipped that gray-pink sidebar, sans translucency. Wouldn't we all have heart attacks? So why is it ok this way?

@leetlmonster Yes, it's the wallpaper, and no, it makes no sense. It also just looks completely awful.

@mrgan It does. But what would you do in their position? Remove transparency alltogether?

@leetlmonster Yes, of course. Microsoft tried this with Vista, and it was received horribly. I can't believe it's back.

@mrgan the blur makes it harder to read the contents IMO. File some radars about the design: I've been told to a bunch of times already.
