In retrospect, the fact that someone sent legal letters to Twitter about my Mike Hookem tweets, but Hookem hasn't blocked me, is somewhat odd.

Who is the person who would be most justified in blocking you, but doesn't? Hodges, Hookem or Helmer for me.
